Here's a little more info about Rich's running to add to the blog, maybe to Rich's dismay.
I just wanted to let people know he is running at USA Nationals tonight. The race will be broadcast online. Here's a link to the race. The first heat of the steeplechase is at 7:25; Rich is in the second heat.
