It's Steeple Season

Rich had his second race of the year, and it went really well. He raced at Stanford and placed 4th with a time of 8:46.91. He was the first collegiate finisher in the race (the first 3 were all pros, including his former teammate Kyle Perry who runs for New Balance). Right now, Rich has the best collegiate time in the nation!

You can watch his race here. I love that Flotrack films races and that I sometimes even get to watch them live. The announcers do call him Ryan Nelson at one point, but I think they were just getting names confused.

Anyway, it looks like a pretty good start to the season!
