I Have the Best Husband

This is true for many reasons, but here's one thing that he did that I just loved.

For a couple months, our dryer was making this really obnoxious squeaking noise, sort of like metal grinding on metal. Our neighbors must have hated us every laundry day because the it was not a quiet noise. After getting some tips from his parents, Rich decided to see what he could do about fixing our dryer situation.

I came home from work one day to this:
I think a lot of people might have been a little upset to their dryer completely torn apart, but I was so excited because Rich was fixing the dryer, partly for my sanity (I couldn't stand doing laundry). He's going to be a great fix-it hubbie!

Even more exciting, he fixed the problem, although he doesn't really know what he did. He tore it all apart, put a little oil on something on the inside, and put it all back together. Voila! No more squeaking! Our neighbors don't have to hate us every time we do laundry!

  1. Way to go Rich!

Tip: Next time you fix something and you don't know what you did--make it up! Your wife will think you are really smart that way! I have perfected this.
